In case of unavailability of any product in our stocks due to any issue, we will ship it directly from our factory in Pakistan if you have any issue enquire us before placing an order, returns will always be sent to our UK/USA/PAKISTAN addresses according to clients delivery loaction. We do not deliver at PO BOX address. We provide tracking code for all our parcel.


Transit Time:
Most of our products are carried in stock and can be shipped within two to five working days. That means that you should receive your order within eight to twelve working days. If an item is not in stock we will contact you with the expected delivery date.

  • Valid reason would be required from the customer for the return.
  • Custom made items and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. 
  • We process orders according to your selected size and colors. Hence, there will be no refunds/returns for ordering incorrect sizes and colors for both standard and custom products.
  • It is very important that, you cross check your measurements in Leather Jackets carefully before placing an order.

The price you see for each product is the price you’ll pay, with no surprise handling, Custom Charges, delivery charges added during check out or upon delivery.

Delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses. For our international customers, any shipping, customs duties or VAT are the responsibility of the international resident.

Do I need to be at home to accept my delivery when it arrives?

We realize that you may not necessarily be home when your delivery arrives. While we strongly recommend you are present to accept your delivery in person, it is not mandatory. No need to worry - if you’re unavailable at time of delivery, Courier company will leave the product in a safe place until you arrive home.

Can I track my order while in shipment? How?

After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email from sakamaonline.com. Once your order has been shipped, we will contact you again with the necessary shipping/tracking information. You may use that information to login at the Courier company website to track your shipment by tracking information.

For Local Customer

Customers within Pakistan will also receive their product at their door step through courier service. Payment terms for local and International customers will be Credit/Debit Cards & BTC.
